Description: TechOps/LiveOps were responsible to ensure the High availability of the Product. Build the alerts to keep the system stable and Drive the P0/P1 with in SLA
Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Eclipse, Git, JIRA, Agile, Kafka, Grafana, Kubernetes, Docker.
My Roles& Responsibilities:
Monitoring the Application 24/7 and making sure the Product is highly available.
Configure the Alerts to check the CPU and Memory consumption by the Product. It will help us with no downtime for the application.
· Identify the PODS, NODS resource allocation by the Kubernetes and monitor the health of the PODs deployed in Kubernetes cluster.
· First line support for Incident for internal and external solutions, covering the full technology stack.
· Using Clever tap analyzes the data trend and reports the management.
Application Load Test to make sure the Application could be able to handle the Peak hours. This Load test helps us in Holiday seasons when the Transaction volume is huge.
