Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation
Building and maintaining strong business relations with the clients for achieving repetitive business which resulted in achieving organizational growth
Imparting training to the new joiners pertaining to the bank processes to ensure proper functioning of operations
Controlling operational risk for the branch by ensuring adherence to laid down processes & agreed TATs thereby increasing customer satisfaction
