  • As a Program Lead for the Deposits platform at UBS, I am directing the implementation of the new, cloud-native core banking system (Thought Machine). My responsibilities encompass:
  • Strategic Planning: Drive workshops with the Business Governance team to define the roadmap and secure approval for the phased launch of critical products.
  • Project Management: Own and monitor all deliverable timelines, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project milestones.
  • Solution Design: Authored the business context document, mapping the high-level logical flow of client requests through the existing UBS cloud infrastructure to the new platform.
