UBS Americas has filed an application for a national bank charter in the United States, which is a major step toward offering full-service retail banking (e.g., checking, savings, and other everyday banking products) beyond its current wealth management offerings.

• As a Program Lead for the Deposits platform at UBS, I am directing the implementation of the new, cloud-native core banking system (Thought Machine). My responsibilities encompass:
• Strategic Planning: Drive workshops with the Business Governance team to define the roadmap and secure approval for the phased launch of critical products.
• Project Management: Own and monitor all deliverable timelines, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project milestones.
• Solution Design: Authored the business context document, mapping the high-level logical flow of client requests through the existing UBS cloud infrastructure to the new platform.
• Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning sessions, translating business requirements into clearly defined functional and non-functional workflows for the development team.
• Manage Offshore budget & projections with Program Board

• Transformed Tech Operations by defining E2E support strategy for 4 critical business lines (Customer Channels, Agent Onboarding, Policy Admin & Claims)
• Digital Agent Platform: Built proprietary system improving SLAs by 30% while scaling team capacity 25%.
• Ramped up the Tech Operation team with 32 Campus recruits who were successfully onboarded, Trained and integrated with existing 127 members team, within a span of 2 months
• Managed the Technology Operation portfolio with a team of 30+ internal and 137+ partner resources and an annual budget of INR 60 million.
• Business Architecture: Designing the Technology Support Structure. This workflow is broken into four key phases, following a logical progression from discovery to continuous improvement.A tiered support model (L0, L1, L2) is designed to resolve user issues efficiently by directing them to the appropriate level of expertise
• Drive digital initiatives to keep the Technology support operating during COVID-19 pandemic ,ensuing minimal impact on customer servicing. Almost 50% of service calls were diverted to self-service options, enabled all processing teams to operate from home

Delivered multiple core banking (Temenos,T24) consulting for wealth managers (Europe/APAC): business analysis, process redesign, product strategy.

• PROJECT ONE -Belgium Implementation for ABN AMRO N.V - Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• ‘Project One’ was initiated with the Objective to consolidate Core Banking System for their Private Wealth Management -International operations. The State-of-the- Art digital platform was implemented to achieve improved cost/income ratio and faster time to market with one rationalized product menu.
• Steered stakeholder workshops to define Project One implementation requirements for ABN AMRO Belgium
• Implemented distributed Agile methodology at Pune Offshore ABN AMRO ODC.
• Represented Cash Stream in steering committees, reporting progress and risks for Julius Baer’s global transformation project
• GENESIS PROGRAM - Core Implementation Consulting for LLOYDS BANK, Manchester
• Genesis Program had set of customization items on top of T24 Model Bank which needed requirement elaboration. The implementation rollout was planned for modernization of their Lending & Mortgage business lines primarily for UK and Channel Islands. Cognizant was expected to interface between bank and Temenos in terms of elaborating the requirements into detailed Use cases and Test case.
• Lead the Requirement Management and Business Solution workshop for Lending stream.
• Define target state requirements for Bank specified customization using UML- use case methodology.
• Responsible for overall progress of deliverables, ensure quality and communicating with key client stakeholders and business users

• Led Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) implementations for clients like Sun Life Financial and Bank of Baroda—overseeing business requirements, data integration, and system configurations. Delivered a world-class Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) solution covering AML, sanctions screening, tax evasion, and real-time fraud detection, serving 900+ global financial institutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and planning sessions to elicit comprehensive requirements, clarify product vision, and ensure alignment with business goals throughout project phase
• Conduct feasibility studies to develop recommendations for customization.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are prioritized based on business value, risk mitigation, and technical feasibility to optimize delivery outcomes.
