• Spearheaded the nationwide WMS (Blue Yonder) rollout, including pilot execution in Surat, and SOP documentation.
• Led process design, BRD preparation, and implementation of OMS, TMS, SFDC, I-Freight, SAP, and centralized Trade-In ("Ekatrikaran") projects.
• Oversaw UAT execution and developed test scenarios to ensure system readiness and functional alignment.
• Directed key user training (KUT) and change management for new systems/processes adoption.
• Executed pan-India deployments of E-way Bill (Taxilla), load creation, dispatch, and shipment tracking (I-Freight).
• Managed inventory bin migration from SAP to WMS across distribution centers.
• Championed quality control, feasibility checks, and operational enhancements in pan-India.

Led outbound operations across 32 stores and 3 cross docks, handling 1,000–1,500 daily shipments; scaled to 2,000–3,000 during peak sale periods. Achieved 100% compliance on CPD and MH benchmarks with zero misshipments. Ensured 100% accurate forward shipment manifest creation and 3PL packing adherence. Initiated process improvements to optimize picker travel time and reduce outbound TAT. Delivered cost-saving initiatives through workflow redesign and resource planning. Conducted bi-monthly refresher training for off-roll outbound staff to enhance productivity. Managed weekly roster planning and system updates (Casper) for the off-roll workforce.

• Oversaw last-mile operations and line-haul transportation from a high-volume distribution center in Odisha. Managed cross-functional deployment across inventory, inbound, outbound, and ensured strict adherence to KPIs and SOPs. Maintained real-time activity tracking, audit readiness, and Kaizen implementation for operational excellence. Ensured seamless shipment delivery to all districts of Odisha within committed SLAs. Supervised inbound/outbound workflows, ensuring quality receipt and dispatch of large appliances.
