  • Support authorized agents in completing Section 3 of the I-9 form during re-verification, capturing updated document details, including type, number, and expiration.

Audits and Reports:

  • Conduct I-9 audits post-verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance before updating audit outcomes in SharePoint to finalize and approve employment eligibility.
  • Handle daily operational reporting, including Slot Status reports and Scheduled meeting reports, to track workflow efficiency and meeting adherence.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports covering audit status, missing remote agent authorization forms, and other compliance gaps to ensure timely follow-ups and process improvements.
