●Managed a portfolio of 100+ D2c brands contributing towards a monthly TPV(Total Payment Value) of 2 crores.

●Responsible for handling key startegic accounts like CampusSutra, LRL Motors, Health Farm and Nevernued.

●Improved key metrics ( Website CE, AoV , Prepaid share) of needle moving accounts by 20-30% by. constant monitoring and strategy.

●Created a Playbook (inc SoP's for action, helps in finding right Poc's ) for internal team members to increase efficiency and accuracy while solving business problems.

●Preparing discount strategies along with brands to specifically increase Prepaid Share and AoV.

●Offline visits to meet Founders/ CXO's to understand core problem that they face in the D2c space.

●Solve day to day escalations and ensuring smooth business operations for brands in my portfolio.

Coordinating with internal teams ; Product , Finance , Engineering and Marketing for fulfilling brand's requirement on time.

●Maintained a churn rate of < 5% across portfolio by maintaining good business relations and high speed problem solving skills.

●Won back critical accounts worth 80 Lakhs of TPV by convincing merchants on product quality and service.

●Increased my SoW(Share of Wallet)from 55% to 74% on a portfolio level.

● Successfully managed to deliver 10,000 services in Chennai and created a revenue of INR 15 million per month
● Managing end to end operations of Chennai for Salon prime & Classic.
● Tied Up Urban Company with Makkala Jagriti (NGO for women skill development) for supply requirements and managed to
create a database of 200+ beauticians and Onboarded 20 of their members as UC partners with subsidized kit costs.

● Successfully managed to make a placement cell from 0-1 ; From laying down SOP's that needed to be followed , to making
a new vertical for a newly founded Y-Combinator funded Ed-Tech platform.

● Onboarded 24 companies into the platform for placing our candidates. Major companies being Udaan ,Money Club,NoBroker, Cogoport

● Successfully placed 42 candidates in the span of 3 months and creating a Revenue of Rs 5,25,000
● Counseled 120 candidates out of which 35% candidates converted their interview and were placed

● Managed to conduct two major hiring drives for Salon Prime and created a database of 350 beauticians and out of 350,
Managed to get 20% turn-up on D1 & D2 combined
● Responsible for 75% of salon luxe Chennai supply (total partner base of 30).

● Onboarded 75 partners through cold calling offline activities.
● Taken sessions in different Training academies about Urban Company and created awareness to increase supply.
