● Aside the above activities also I have taken necessary action in improve Good rapport with Fleet customer and Mine Stake holder for Effective and hassle free collection of EMI Speed up collection Activities in First EMI cases

● Publishing All Type of reports to team and RBH and Officials with daily follow-ups.

● Kept the Reason of Low collection Month and the SWOT Analyses & the RCA for overcoming it in Future ..

● Taking care of all complaints of Fleet and Fuel Loan corporate and walk-in customers with immediate action.

● Field visit for Repeated PTP failure cases and Fleet customer ECS Bounce cases.

● Ensuring the entire allocated customer base is touch based By the CRE within the TAT.

Dealing with agencies & In-house for daily projection of allocated/referral cases.

Handling In house team of 15 Collection Officer 2 Telicallers and 1 Team Leader.

Achieving my team targets with consistent performance every month which has been decided by the Management.

Driving collection Target of 7.5cr of unsecure loan Personal Loan And Business Loan .
