Detailed Justification : During the period between 07/2015 and 04/2016, I experienced a medical emergency, as I was diagnosed with jaundice, which necessitated a pause in my education during my intermediate studies. Similarly, between 04/2019 and 12/2020, I dedicated my time to assisting my brother in managing my family's rice export business. Unfortunately, the business faced significant challenges and ultimately had to shut down due to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, from 06/2023 to 11/2023, I undertook an internship opportunity at Tata Motors, where I served as an Assistant HR, gaining valuable industry experience and furthering my professional development before transitioning into my current role.
