As Branch Head drive mobilisation of resources with specific focus on CASA to enhance low cost market share .
Ensure the customer service quality of the Branch .Acquire and enhance customer relationships on an ongoing basis by providing end-to-end banking services. Promote effective usage of alternate delivery channels. Manage effective customer interaction and grievance redressal machinery. Provide inputs on products and services based on customer feedback and market interaction to enhance value for the Bank Ensure compliance to the Bank's Fair Practice Code as laid down by BCSBI and undertake corrective action in the case of non -compliance .Provide proper infrastructure, ambience & support to the Branch to enhance visibility and attractiveness of the Branch and seek support / approval from the higher offices, as and when required, on the same .Implement initiatives of the regional office in marketing new products through the Branch. Monitor and control the Branch's expenses and ensures adherence to budget on the same.Scrutinise and appraise credit proposals, more particularly personal loan segment & MSME and sanction/ recommend to appropriate approving authority, as per loan policy guidelines.Maintain focus on strong asset quality for the Branch through ongoing surveillance , internally or externally and ensuring timely

Responsible for catchment area planning i.e. Surveying the command area, identifying potential areas of business growth, develops and increases the volume of business specifically with respect to advances in the focus sectors including customization of schemes basis local area imperatives, cross selling etc. Scout loan proposals through existing customers / walk-in customer / business mobilization drives/ tie-up /partnership/BC leads. Collection of all pending documents required for processing the loan as per the scheme and Conduct pre-sanction inspection/ verification of KYC documents, due diligence of Applicants/ Guarantor / asset (wherever applicable) and prepration the credit information of Applicants/ Guarantor . Initite legal search report and valuation report through empanaled advocate and valuer. Scrutinize relevant documents for credit appraisal and conduct CIBIL check, CERSAI check and mortgage check. Coordinating with external agencies like CPV agency, empanelled lawyer / valuer etc. for obtaining the required reports. Prepare the proposal by entering relevant details in LAS package. Compile process note and stipulate terms and conditions of sanction relevant to the case. Monitoring of loan accounts for regular payment,follow up with borrowers of stressed and NPA account for recovery. Assists in mobilization of resources with specific focus on CASA to enhance market share.
