1. Run a new formulation of a product with zero cost investment and still it's running by completing the monthly plan without any delay.

2. Run an idle  line with no new changeparts by various in -house modifications.

3 . In the  filling machine of various lines one  issue was constantly observed i.e out of 12 nozzles only 4nozzles were running even OEM was unable to help and provide the required item .By working on it developed a gasket with a change in MOC from other vendor at a cheaper rate and had implemented in lines, now all 12 nozzles are working in all  the machines with the same issue.

4. Had set-up an entire manufacturing setup for Toothpaste section.

5. Have changed MOC of Shampoo perforation blade from SS to Titanium ,result was magnificient -previously 3 blades were used in a month,now one blade has been continously used for 4 months.

6 .Have developed various vendors to buy machine spears and capex items at a much cheaper rates  which were previously purchased from OEM at a very high rate.

7 . Have also changed MOC of belts (for eg - In perfume tablet PVC belts were used previously  ,now fabric belts with silicon coating are used to provide a longer life period.)

8. Have also working in various projects for manpower reduction in various lines .

9. Got the first prize in Kaizen for modifying the oil bulk pipelines in the manufacturing area in such a way that bulk can be provided to all the packing lines from all the existing storage tanks without any delay so that not a single line is stopped  for any of the reason.

10 .Worked on fabrication of an oxygen concentrator with Ready Available Materials, 08/2021, 06/2022
