• Escalations

Ensure customer escalation tickets are acted upon and closed, same day or the next day. Resolve the related customers' complaints in emails, etc. Assigning management and raising tickets for repair and maintenance.

• Capacity Planning

-Assigning next day, expected load, and plans for tomorrow. For large and heavy shipments, arrange a van and ensure the van is properly utilized. Ensure large and heavy shipments, CPDD is meant while planning for vans. Draw/modify the route polygon around the DCs. Maps the Rider against the polygons ensure DCs use ADRS for the dispatches.

• Supervision

Create the Supervisors roster, her for a FE and LMAs. Accountable for all operational metrics of all the DCs. Ensure daily audit is getting completed on time.

• Execution

Organized daily power sessions and documents. The topic is discussed and riders who attend the sessions. Recon of all cash at EOD and handover to CMS partner the next day (in case CMS does not show up the next day, we deposit it in the bank). All RT shipments are being bagged and connected within 48 hours, and EPODs are verified and connected within 48 hours.

We should generate enough leads for the NVD Team and ensure we're adequately staffed. File Maintenance. Loss management.
