Working HR Executive with responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, meeting management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Advertise job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Support the recruitment process by reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Documentation
- Manage HR activities related to offer and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement:
- Birthday Celebration
- Team Bonding games/activity
Employee records including attendance/leave data.
- Leave /Attendance Management
- Bank account opining process etc
