  • Identify and respond to critical events from various sources that impact production and aid in resolving those issues; including technical resolution and management communication.
  • Ensures 2nd line support requests, clarify tickets, ad-hoc tasks, support to internal/external applications are allotted within the team and track its completion/resolution.
  • Provide Production support in terms of Incident Management, Problem Management: Identifying issues, reporting incidents, escalations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
  • Performing Daily Health checks of the servers in lower environments and Production, JVM issues, Transaction issues, and Disk Space Utilization issues on day-to-day activities.
  • Modify or Create bash shell scripts to automate day to day manual activities and reduce the time efforts.

  • Provide daily support with resolution of escalated by L1 team and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.

  • Regularly attend the client calls & discuss about the pending issues, RCA and resolve them as soon as possible.
  • Participate in Application Code releases, Certificate Renewals, DB and Autosys re-points, DR events, Firewall changes and F5 changes.
  • Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provide fix recommendations to the development teams.
  • Assist with planning and testing of application, configuration and database changes, and installation updates and patches and update production support documentation.
  • Provide support out of office hours, and during weekends and major releases and customers to help them resolve issues faced.
  • Providing 24/7 supports in critical production environment.
