Recruitment / Resourcing:


Pre Recruitment Process:


  • Accepting the resource request.
  • Screening resumes, scheduling & interviewing candidates, freezing final round of interview, discussing offer, issuing offer letter, making salary fitment and handling joining formalities.
  • Closure of the recruitment.


Post Recruitment Process:

  • Joining formalities such as letter of appointment, ID Card, Access Cards, Email id and Visiting cards arrangement.
  • Giving induction / orientation programme for the new employees and arranging for product and process training.

Payroll Administration:

  • Managing payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, deductions for loans, etc.

Performance Appraisal

  • Handling Insurance policy of employees, involved in renewal and claim process.
  • Organizing various welfare activities such as Entertainment Parties / Annual & Monthly Gathering of employees.
  • Managing all functions pertaining to the Leave Management System of the organization.


Employee Exit/Separation


  • Exit interviews to understand the reasons for exits so that retention strategies could be developed to circumvent the same.

  • Administer complete exit mode for an employee upon resignation- arranging Stay Interview, Triggering of stop salary, No Due Clearance, Full and Final Settlements, Experience/Relieving letter with Service Certificates and exit interviews.
