- Take sound lending decision based on available information & interactions with applicants
- Handling the Various Product at their (PL/BL/SPL/LAIP)
- Manage credit quality & control delinquencies, frauds
- Structure the right product to the customer during customer interactions
- Enforcing strict mechanism to effectively comply with TAT (Turn-around time) for approval to disbursement
- Ascertaining the net worth and repaying capacity of borrowers as per the credit policy to decide on the quantum of loan
- Coordinating with various internal departments for facilitating smooth execution of all activities
- Providing superior product training and operation training to the staff members of Credit Processing Agencies to achieve the desired results.
