1. To ensure the Branch achieves the Target and maintains Profitability.

2. Ensuring timely clearance of shipments – both at BIAL and also Bangalore ICD

3. Making sure that the Operations Department functions as per company guidelines

4. Identifying & getting new clients to deal with us – both for Air/Sea Exports and Domestic cargo too.

5. Preparing Weekly & Monthly output reports for Head Office

6. Collection of Outstanding from clients

7. Ensuring that the Branch functions in a professional manner at all times.

8. May assist with other functions such as data entry and other clerical duties as requested

· Preparing and cross verifying documents required for shipments.
