JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Presently working as Asst. Manager Quality looking for the analytical, production packaging quality activity.
  • Provide safety induction to new employee in the plant for movement & explain the critical hazards in plant, work safety, Electrical Safety, ERP, Safety Signalization, Safety Monitoring & auditing, Behavior, Occupational safety etc
  • Responsible for VPO Quality pillar in all the entire plant for full fill the requirement & give feedback after audit for improvement & follow-up for gap close.
  • Recommending of work instructions and procedures in Quality department aside the systems instructions.
  • Responsible for ensuring the food safety of the product along with FSTL in the plant.
  • Authority for internal product recall on detection of nonconformities related to quality and food safety of the product.
  • Review Department Quality Procedures and documents for adequacy, train and update as necessary.
  • Plan, Review and maintain the internal Audit plan, ensure that audits are fulfilled within the time scale.
  • Undertaking investigations, Quality improvement projects and data collection exercises for the department, under the guidance of the Quality Management, to support business and customer initiatives and development.
  • Maintain documentation- Audit plan, Audit findings, reports, NC closure, CAPA, Formats , audit reports, communication documents across the plants for various Audits- Internal as well as External audits and various Customer Audits
  • Assigning responsibilities of QMS / FSSC audits in consultation with internal Auditors. Ensuring the audit plan is functional and audits are closed out.
  • Conducting Trainings for all employees for awareness of various Audit standards and Keeping training records updated and accessible.
  • Maintaining material requirements planning; placing stationery orders with the Procurement Dept. for Quality Systems requirements; including budget prognosis.
  • Pest Management Review & De-risking audit of plant with vendor.
  • FPR for the sensory of raw material taint tasting, water inline or development of operator for sensory of water & pack product sensory done as per SOP.
  • Proper reporting of KPIs & documentation on daily, weekly & monthly Basis.
  • Making sure that all the final products meet its standards make sure that all incoming goods/ Raw Materials/Packaging Materials/Process Materials meet its quality standards.
  • Provide quality / safety process / hygiene / training to all the performer and Administrator.
  • Make sure that systems are as per ISO 22000:2018 & preparing the CAPA for any deviations. To make sure all PRPs / OPRPs / CCPs are identified through HACCP & maintained in proper condition and operating as per standards all the time.
  • In-house development of Quality @ Source at critical point to ease of operation & sustain quality culture.
  • Drive capability program for site ensuring skill availability on critical quality task & develop matrix to drive teammates for Future Role Pipelines.
  • In depth understanding of Technical Aspect of product development like recipe design, flavour compatibility matrix, scale up from lab to factory & process parameter impact.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate SOPs, Policy & guideline within the plant.
  • Vendor quality evolution as per quality defect in monthly and yearly basis
  • Responsible for Dry goods incoming material Quality like bottle, closures, OSC, label etc.

  • Incoming ENA & CAB quality approval by analytical & sensory skills.
  • Very Good Sensory Skills and ability to select right quality of Grain neutral spirit & DM water.
  • Sensory training conduct & old batch sensory session comparison to evaluate the stability of product.
  • Timely inform the vendor for quality improvement, if any quality defect found in the consignment as per AQL limit inform the vendor for joint inspection.
  • Market bottle vendor development as per our quality standard, make plan for timely audit & give feedback to improve the infrastructure & way of working thought implementation of SOP.
  • Responsible for internal FGWA audit & report to concern department for improvement.
  • Making sure analytical, packaging parameters & microbial hygiene of brewing, Packaging, WTP, ETP, Co2 Plant by proper CIP & ensure by plating, pouring techniques & swabbing etc.
  • Well versed with line operation quality (Bottle washer, EBI, Filler, Pasteurizer & FBI) must ensure for analytically & microbiologically.
