❖ India’s Largest LPG pipeline KGPL project worth 48 Cr under IHB Limited (Automation, SCADA, Instrumentation)

• Expertise in managing preliminary project plan, layout, preliminary and detailed engineering, equipment specifications, PFD and P&ID review meetings, HAZOP, OSID Standards covering oil and gas domain, especially LPG Terminal and Bottling Plant.
• Managed Cryogenic LPG Terminal Instrumentation & Terminal automation department, efficiently handled terminal maintenance and operation which include Terminal Automation System (DCS &PLC), Fire &Gas Detection Automation Implementation as per statutory requirement for Cryogenic LPG Terminal, Bottling Plant Operations and Marin LPG Unloading Arm
  Automation System.
• Merit of completing erection and commissioning of 3 nos. 1800 MT LPG Bullets.
• De-commissioning, Maintenance, and re-commissioning of the Atmospheric Butane Storage Tank.
• Terminal Automation System, DCS Front-end Operating Station from Advant UNIX to ABB 800 XA System and interfacing of SAP and Load rack Computer Server for Automatic Loading of Bulk LPG Tanker Truck.
• Administered commissioning team of instrumentation for IndianOil Petronas Pvt. Ltd., LPG Import/Terminal, Ennore.
• Successfully commission 10 T capacity gas compressor.
• Improved efficiency of automation and control using available resources and by searching/installing suitable instruments as per requirement.
• Successfully managed 4 numbers LPG Bottling Plant of PSU's under Operation & Maintenance Model as a coordinator.
